Brunch with the girls

Checks are great winter week end look, I like to mix them with stripes, fur and denim for an eclectic, off-duty feel. I bought this flannel shirt from Gap kids, not only it's much cheaper than the women's brand , but has a cute shrunken fit. My jeans are a gift from Radcliffe, and if you are after the perfect pair of cropped skinny jeans, look no further. The High Back Ankle Skimmer fits like a glove, and makes your look toned and thin. Still a bit fluey today, so sorry, no make up!

Dinner out with friends (in statement shoes)

I have the worst cold today... but that's still no excuse not to make a little effort for a night about town. So: loose plait in the hair, wrapped up in a cashmere jumper and fur gilet, and then dressed up my old jeans with these fabulous Charlotte Olympia, leopard print, stiletto platforms, that she gave me during LFW . Thank you Charlotte, I love them!

Casual Friday on a Boden shoot

Here's how I like to do dress up a pair of jeans and a T. I make it interesting by layering up Tshirts with different arm lengths and colours, yet keep hues tonal. I roll my jeans up to show a sock, or an interesting sewing line. And finally, I add some bling to the neckline with a sparkly necklace. Easy and chic, yet cool and comfy.

Client meetings in town

Navy, black and stripes never fail me, I have an infinte combination of looks using these three, simple variables. This layered look works without being too contrived, and wearing sandals with socks over tights, adds a touch of coolness. As my friend Claire quotes, and Carine Roitfield calls: "classic with an edge".

Rainwear cool

Incessant rainy days in London, call for desperate styling measures. This morning, I decided to dress up my £3 kagool with a Prada belt and killer heels. I think this has opened yet another world of outerwear styling possibilities- I will keep an eye out for other colours and belts to match.

Last day at LFW

At the Clements Ribeiro presentation yesterday, models were wearing sandals with socks over tights. This inspired me to my own sock interpretation, and today I am embracing just that look. I paired it with simple, classic navy separates for a laid back effect. I'm loving socks and just found a whole new department to shop at!

AM Shoot & PM meeting with my Editor

This Whistles biker jacket has been the best buy I've done this season. I've worn it at work, week end and night. It goes with everything, from tailored trousers, to dresses and denim. It's also surprisingly warm if you opt for a cosy lined one. My advice is to opt for a soft, slightly matt leather- it's more modern and casual.

Third day at LFW (so cold..)

Zara has some beautiful things in store at the moment: parka, roll up trousers and ankle boots are all recent buys. I am embracing the "utility" trend today, and braking it up with this sparkly, sequined Joseph tank - watch it because you will see it a lot.

Second day at LFW

Trying out one of S/S 2010 most versatile buys, the denim shirt. This one is from GAP (in store now), it's slightly fitted and comes in distressed denim, which looks great with my old jeans and vintage fur. I like to dress it down with denim, flats or even trainers- keeps it cool.
