So...........

The day has finally arrived! I get up at 7.30 and head out my flat. At 8.45am on the dot  I meet Lucy in front of the Bond Street store, I got my Lanvin things there and know how it all works. As I said to the girls in Italy we say: "Never leave an old road for a new one.." ;-)

Got my wrist band!

My slot is at 10.25, it's the fourth slot of the day so I'm thinking nothing will be sold out yet...

Lucy (left) and Lauren (Red's intern to the right) managed to get an earlier  shopping slot so I watch them shopping away and they are going maaad!

10.20am and it's almost my time. After each slot they restock the whole area.. we are being advised we have 10min to shop. I can clock all my favorite items and the anticipation is huuuge!

Lucy takes a quick snap of me getting one of the items on my list: the print maxi dress (summer here I come!)

15 minutes later it's all done and..... here's what i got:

What a fun day! x

Laura!!
Just started reading your blog a couple of months ago - I love it! Great to see you took advantage of the Marni extravaganza - I snapped up a fabulous navy parka in the Edinburgh store this morning.... perfect for Scottish weather!
Can't wait to see the pics of how you'll wear all your new pieces.

Uh Laura, qui è sparito tutto alla velocità della luce e del peter pan collar che volevo nessuna traccia, in compenso su ebay c'è tutto all'asta. Monica

Well done Laura - you are a pro and did very well with your shop lot! I will be following your tips for next time! I wasn't going to get anything, but managed to get some earrings and bracelets online. Went to the Oxford St store this afternoon and there was hardly anything left! Can't wait to see the catwalk show X

Hi

Loved seeing your haul! I didn't get the coat (sigh) but I picked up the black polka dot jacket as compensation and love it. I also got two tops, a cardi and a bag but not the jewelry I really wanted (apparently that went first, not surprisingly).I'm happy enough. Looking forward to seeing these items in your blog in the future!
