Ugh. Winter has arrived and I don't think I'm ready for it yet. I just hate the gloom, the cold and the rainy must-wear-socks kind of days. But all is not lost, there are some fabrics that look best in wintry months when paired with thick tights, luxe sweaters and layers and brocade is definitely one of them. I like to wear mine in the day, my trousers are from the Marni HM collaboration two seasons ago (how much are you looking forward to the Isabel Marant one soon??) and I'm dressing them down with simple basics for a day at the office.

Great outfit! I've been thinking of getting rid of last year's fancy J.Crew pants but you've inspired me to re-style them, instead.
I was walking down Regent Street yesterday afternoon and I spotted you, mostly because I spotted your coat (which I was also wearing), then I saw your lovely Marni for H&M trousers and I thought aha, I know exactly who that is! And you looked fab!
would love to be in line for the H&M Isabel Marant collection but its a Thurs adn I'm in work so no doubt it will all be sold out by the time I get anywhere near a shop or if I really want something will have to pay an over inflated price for those who buy just to sell on ebay - I think you should have to reg online all your details to get to shop the items and then all the clothes should have ref on them and if the are re-sold on ebay those people who bought them are not allowed to shop for the 1st day for any new collection collaboration

NL coat is last autumn and mine did not last at all well. had to give it to charity this year it was disgusting.
